Questions

Good to know.

Does Arbital see my information?

No. Your consultation and everything about your plan stay between you and Jay Law. Arbital doesn't see who books a consultation or what you discuss.

Is anything in person?

No. Everything happens by video, from the session to your consultation and document review. If you're in the Bay Area and would rather meet in person, you can find us at One Embarcadero Center in San Francisco.

I don't live in California. Can I still take part?

Join the session, since the planning basics apply in every state. We aren't yet able to prepare plans outside California, but we're adding states quickly. Leave your name and state at jaylaw.co/contact and we'll follow up when we can serve you. Your Arbital discount will still apply when we launch in your state, even if that's a while from now.

What if I already have a will or trust?

Bring it to your consultation. We'll review whether it still fits your family, your assets, and California law, and tell you plainly if it does.

Can my spouse or partner join?

Yes, and we encourage it. Add them as a guest when you book. The Arbital discount covers spouses and partners.

How long does the process take?

Most plans are ready to sign within two weeks of the consultation.

Who are the attorneys?

Your plan is led by Travis Neal, founding partner of Jay Law, P.C., a second-generation trusts and estates attorney licensed in California. Meet our attorneys →
